Day 1: Arusha-Serengeti
Pick up from Arusha and drive to Serengeti National Park.
- Afternoon: The journey takes you through the scenic highlands of the Ngorongoro crater before descending to the vast plains of the Serengeti.
- Evening: Enjoy an en route game drive before arriving at your lodge or camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
Day 2: Full-day game drives in Serengeti National Park, focusing on the diverse wildlife, including the Big Cats.
- Morning: Wake up for an early morning game drive. The hours around sunrise and sunset are the best for spotting wildlife, as animals are more active in the cooler temperatures
- Daytime: Head deeper into the Serengeti, exploring key areas like the Seronera River Valley, which is known for its high concentration of predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs.
- Evening: Enjoy a full day of game viewing with a picnic lunch in the wilderness. Return to your accommodation in the late afternoon for dinner.
Day 3: Serengeti-Ngorongoro
- Morning: Enjoy one last game drive in the Serengeti as you make your way towards the exit of the park.
- Afternoon: Drive towards the Ngorongoro conservation
. This is a scenic journey with views of the Rift Valley and the Ngorongoro highlands. You may have the option to visit a Maasai village for a cultural encounter.
- Evening: Arrive at your lodge located on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, offering spectacular views
Day 4: Ngorongoro game drive.
- Morning: Descend 2,000 feet to the crater floor for a full-day game drive.
- Daytime: The Ngorongoro Crater is a self-contained ecosystem, so you will see a high density of wildlife, including the "Big Five": lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, and the endangered black rhinoceros.
- Evening: Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor next to a hippo pool. After exploring this natural wonder, you will ascend back to your lodge for dinner and rest.
Day 5: Departure from Ngorongoro to Arusha
- Morning: Enjoy a final breakfast with stunning views of the crater before starting the drive back to Arusha.
- Afternoon: The journey concludes in Arusha, where you will be dropped off at the airport for your flight home or to your next destination
